The Knight is Jean de Daillon, officer and advisor to King Charles the XII. Being with Joan of Arc when taking Orleans made him famous. He bears here the wolf banner. The orignal tapestry was woven in Arras Flanders towards the end of 15th century and is now in the Montecut House in Britian.
