This very fine tapestry from a medieval model with a so called Thousand Flowers background forms part of a set of 7 on the subject of courtly life (Bath, Concert, Reading, Departure of the hunters, Walking, Embroidering and Pretty Speech). It represents the favourite pastimes of noblemen and their ladies around 1500. Certainly woven in Flanders, they are displayed in the Cluny Museum, France.
