Terms of Service
1. You will receive an invoice confirmation as soon as the payment is processed. If the order confirmation is not with your regular email , please check your junk mail folder. You can also access copy of invoice within your account.
2. A tracking no will be emailed to you within 3-7 business days or as soon as your order ships.. Please track your package and let us know us know within 24-48 hours if the package did not arrive as scheduled. We are not responsible if you do not intimate us within 2 business days from date of scheduled delivery regarding non receipt of you package.
3. Please contact us immediately or within 48 hours if the package is damaged or any items are missing. You need to retain all packages and labels till such time Fedex or USPS comes and evaluates the package and approves the insurance claim. This will take 2-3 weeks from time of claim.
4. In the event you wish to return your order. Please call us toll free and we will send you a Return Authorization via email. All FREE promotion items received with your order needs to be returned to qualify for a FULL refund or we will make an appropriate deductions for the Free item.
