USA & CANADA: Customers will be charged in US$ as shown on our website. All goods will ship from USA. Customers in USA & Canada will pay the shipping as calculated by the shopping cart. Additionally, Canadian customers may have to be pay shipping local duties as levied by their governments.
International Customers: Will be charged in US$ together with applicable shipping. International customers may have to be pay import and local duties as levied by their governments.

How do I order my Tapestry?
Using our online shopping

Ordering is easy.
We have made our shopping cart one of the easiest and extremely
user friendly for you to enjoy your tapestry shopping experience. As
you browse through our catalogue, just add the items that you would
like to order. Some items such as wall tapestries and throws require
specifications such as size or color (this option, will be available
shortly). Once you have finished viewing all the items or want to view
the selected items, click "View Cart". You will then find all the
items including the images that you have put into your shopping
cart. If you then decide to put something to the rack, simply click
"DELETE" and that item will be taken off your shopping cart. Your
shopping cart will hold the items for you for 15 days and will then be
deleted.
Once you have finally
decided on your purchase, click "Check Out" and our system will
direct you to the Check Out process for payment either through
credit card checkout or printable order form.
NB: We will ship to
the address listed on the credit card as maintained with the credit
card company. All address will be verified for accuracy. Hence, please
provide us your correct phone no and area code and the best time to
call you, so that we can contact you in case of any discrepancy.
Ordering by Fax
Once you have finally
decided on your purchase, click "Check Out" and our system will
direct you to the Check Out process for payment either through
credit card checkout or printable order form.
If you choose
Printable Order Form, you will be given the possibility to print
out your order and fax it to us or email it to us through the web
site.

goods in stock, except the items that have been marked special order.
However, since we service both the retail and wholesale markets

There could be unforeseen delays in the receipt of your ordered goods. We have a very strict monitoring system to track the shipment of your goods. Try any of our products for 30 calendar days from date of shipping. If you are not completely satisfied we will, at your option, replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your purchase price in full (less shipping costs). Tapestry needs to be returned to us in mint condition (tapestries with dust, pet hair, crushed or tapestry rods sent with missing parts will not receive any refund) freight prepaid & insured for loss and damage in transit.. It's that simple, no fine print and no hidden clauses.
Defective or Damaged Items
YOU MUST CONTAC Tapestries-Tapestry via email at
admin@tapestries-tapestry.com within 5 days of receiving a damage item. We will then advise you on the steps the will correct that situation.
Shipping damage: All packaging must be kept. Email us for further instructions to correct that situation.
Defective items will be replaced if returned within 14 days. Please contact customer service to report defective items via email.
Do not return any items without contacting Budget tapestries via email. We will instruct you on where to send items and give you RMA #. If you do not contact Budget tapestries within 5 day of receiving the damaged item- Budget tapestries will not be held liable.
In addition, you get the following extended warranty services.

Every product you buy from this site or any of our catalogs must be free of defects or you may return it immediately to Budget tapestries for replacement.
To return items to Budget Tapestries-, we ask that you email us for a return merchandise number (RMA). No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. This will help us better serve you.
Items returned within the 30-day period will receive a full refund provided if it is returned in good condition. If any item is return to us damaged or in an un-sellable condition, NO REFUND will be given.
Shipping costs to return an item is at your expense. You should properly pack and ship in the same shipping container that you received the items in. You should also ship using Canada or US Post and have insurance on the package. If your return package is lost or damaged in shipping it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company you chose to use. We are not liable.
Items not returned in good condition WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

How do I send a gift to
my friend?
Tapestries make unique
presents! If you wish to send a tapestry as a gift, simply fill out
the order form at the end of the shopping cart with the appropriate
ship - to address. Generally we include a "paid in full"
invoice with the amount appearing in the shipping box. If your
tapestry is to be a gift, please notify us, and only a packing slip
will be included with the shipment. We will mail the
paid invoice to you. Please notify us at the time of ordering.
Wholesale and Drop-shipping Program
Do you sell to wholesalers?
Yes, we sell to qualified Interior Designers, furniture and antique dealers, and related industries both nationally and internationally. Proof of Business is required along with State Resale Numbers and other pertinent information.
